Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Iron Horse Accessories. We work hard to provide a reliable shipping experience for motorcycle accessories, rider gear, biker apparel, garage gear, helmets, wall art, bags, and road-ready products.

Because Iron Horse Accessories works with multiple suppliers and fulfillment partners, shipping times, carriers, tracking updates, and delivery methods may vary by product.

Order Processing Time

Most orders are processed within 1–5 business days after payment is confirmed.

Processing time is the time needed to verify the order, prepare the product, package the item, and transfer it to the shipping carrier. Processing time does not include the actual delivery time once the carrier has received the package.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays may begin processing on the next business day.

Shipping Times

Estimated shipping times vary depending on the product, supplier, shipping carrier, and destination.

Estimated delivery times may range from:

  • United States: 3–10 business days after processing
  • International orders: 7–21 business days after processing

Some products may arrive sooner, while others may take longer depending on supplier location, carrier delays, customs processing, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

Multiple Shipments

Items in the same order may ship separately.

Because we work with multiple suppliers, your order may arrive in more than one package and at different times. If this happens, you may receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout when applicable.

Shipping costs may vary based on the product, order size, weight, supplier, shipping destination, and available carrier options.

If a product qualifies for free shipping or a promotional shipping offer, that information will be shown at checkout or on the product page when available.

International Shipping

Iron Horse Accessories may offer international shipping on eligible products.

International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, taxes, brokerage fees, VAT, tariffs, or other charges required by their country. These charges are not included in our product prices or shipping rates unless clearly stated at checkout.

Customs processing may cause delays that are outside our control.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available.

Tracking updates may take 24–72 hours to appear after a label is created. If your tracking number does not update immediately, please allow time for the carrier to scan the package.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.

Iron Horse Accessories is not responsible for delayed, lost, or undeliverable packages caused by incorrect, incomplete, or outdated shipping information provided by the customer.

If you notice an address mistake after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible at support@ironhorseaccessories.com. We will do our best to help, but we cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has been processed or shipped.

Lost Or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery timing may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, customs, incorrect addresses, or other issues outside our control.

If your package appears lost or delayed, contact us with your order number and tracking information. We will review the situation and help you determine the next steps.

Delivered But Not Received

If tracking shows that your order was delivered but you did not receive it, please first check with household members, neighbors, building management, mailrooms, parcel lockers, or your local carrier.

If the package is still missing, contact us at support@ironhorseaccessories.com. We will assist where possible, but Iron Horse Accessories is not responsible for packages marked delivered by the carrier.

Damaged, Defective, Or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible at support@ironhorseaccessories.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the product
  • Clear photos of the packaging if damaged

If the issue is confirmed, we will work with you and our supplier to resolve it through replacement, refund, or supplier-approved return when applicable.

Product Availability

Product availability may change without notice.

If an item becomes unavailable after your order is placed, we will contact you with available options, which may include a replacement item, delayed shipment, or refund.

Shipping Restrictions

Some products may not be eligible for shipment to certain countries, regions, states, or addresses due to supplier limitations, carrier restrictions, customs rules, size, weight, or product category.

If we are unable to ship an item to your address, we will contact you and provide available options.

Returns And Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error, a defective item, damaged item, or incorrect item.
