At Iron Horse Accessories, we stand behind the products we sell. If something isn't right with your order, we're committed to working with you to make it right.


Return Window

You may request a return within 14 days of delivery on eligible items. To be considered for a return, requests must be submitted within this window.


How to Start a Return

All returns require prior approval. Please contact us before sending anything back:

Include your order number and reason for the return. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted and could be returned to sender.


Return Method

Approved returns are accepted by mail only. Once your return is approved, we will provide you with the correct return address. Do not send items back to the address on the original package — due to our multi-supplier model, return addresses vary by product and will be confirmed in writing by our team.


Item Condition Requirements

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused, unworn, and uninstalled
  • Undamaged and in original condition
  • In original packaging with all tags, manuals, and accessories included
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted for return.


Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, except in cases where the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved returns receive a full refund to your original payment method. Please allow a few business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer.

There is no restocking fee.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, or an error on our part.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or refund:

  • Used or worn safety gear
  • Helmets that have been worn or show signs of use
  • Installed parts or components
  • Custom or personalized products
  • Clearance and final sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Digital products or downloads

If you're unsure whether your item is eligible, contact us before purchasing or before initiating a return.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrived damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible at support@ironhorseaccessories.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

Once confirmed, we will work with you and our supplier to resolve the issue through a replacement, refund, or supplier-approved return at no additional cost to you.


Supplier-Specific Return Rules

Iron Horse Accessories works with multiple suppliers. Some products may have different return eligibility requirements, timelines, or return addresses. Our team will provide specific instructions for your return based on the product and supplier involved. Do not send any return without written confirmation of the return address from our team.


International Returns

For international orders, return shipping costs, customs fees, duties, and taxes are the customer's responsibility, unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
